Uploaded images and reports are stored privately for 30 days by default. Access is limited to the systems needed to prepare and manage your PawVerity triage preview.

Uploaded photos and questionnaire answers are used to create a triage preview and a vet-ready report. This service is not a diagnosis and does not replace advice from a veterinarian.

A deletion request path exists if you want a submitted scan or report reviewed for deletion before the default retention period ends.

Use the support and deletion request form if you want us to review or remove a case before automatic retention ends.
