During beta, support messages and deletion requests are reviewed manually. Email support@pawverity.com.au or use the form below.

Before you submit

  • For medical emergencies, contact an emergency vet now.
  • For deletion, include the private report or case token if you still have it.
  • For paid case issues, include the email used at checkout if possible.

Send the case or report token from your private link, or your email if you no longer have the link.
